Signs at the rally in Salt Lake included "Without Water We'll Croak... Hop On Board!" and "Craps or Crops?" and "Utah Water For Utah." The protesters were part of the "Water Express" run held Aug. 8-10, 2005. Residents ran 233-miles to draw attention to the threat of the proposed pipeline to Las Vegas.
