For the third time, federal regulators pushed back the release of the final environmental review for the Cedar City Pipeline. This was welcome news for a regulatory matter that’s been spanning more than five years. A delay is a win. And we’ll take it. However, we are being told that the amount of time to review the document will be a weekend. That’s right a little more than two days to review a document that will likely span 1000 pages. Nevertheless, pipeline pushers cannot silence us. And you can help stop the madness.

- Stop this disjointed, jumbled process that is giving the applicant unfair bites at the apple.
- Initiate a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement where the hydrologic analysis is not paid for by the project proponent.
- Re-start the environmental review process with legitimate hydrologic analysis that is not paid for by the project proponent.
